Jimmy was born on
March 14, 1984 in Loughborough, England. He started to practice Judo at the age of 7.
He was
quite an impressive young judoka and he won several British tournaments: 2001 -
British Championships U17 Crystal Palace – gold medal, also 2001 - British Youth
U20 Championships Gateshead – gold medal, 2002 - British Junior Open
Willesden – bronze medal and 2002 - British Championships U20 Wigan
– gold medal. But than he just finished his Judo career and closed the opened
door to international Judo scene.
In 2006 he tried several MMA fights in the
Great
Britain and quickly gained respect and fame with his victories.
Later on he arrived at the more professional MMA fights like Ultimate force or
Cage warriors. The MMA win/loss statistics of this quite young fighter are just
great so we can expect that Mr. Judo will arrive in the top MMA
championships.
